I can't give an opinion on that but a question for you all - Was there any movie by Mahesh babu and Shriya together? Guess it will be a good combination.. A love story for the youth with these two will surely turn out to be a hit!!

mega star chiru is the best actor, and next comes nagarjuna bcoz ,he had very good talent and also good business techniques .
next comes venkatesh bcoz his experimentization is extra ordinary.
and last but not least comes balayya .as his names say so he only roars but never guess anything about the future of the film . he has a very good talent in action and dancing but his selection of movies are very very bad and he never thinks of sequences of fights(like flying to pakistan in vijeyander varma)

pawan kalyan is the best , he thinks logically he works accordingly, he is best .Actress right now is meera jasmine. her face expression is excellent

It is very very difficult to say one person is the best actor or best actress now-a-days. We have a lot of heroes who are specialized in some sections, but i didnt find any person who excells in each and every section.
Lets see,

Chiranjeevi--- + Excels in Dances and Fights and also good at selection of subjects.
+ Good at comedy timing and handles sentiment scenes well.

- He cannot perfom Mythological and Faction roles easily. We can see Chiru but not the character when he is playing that role.

Balakrishna:
+ Excels in Faction/Mythological/Village oriented roles (see shree tumburanaarada song to know his talent and hard work)
+ He can dance well and fights are also good.
+ powerful dialogue delivery

- bad in Comedy(as i feel) and selecting good subjects.

Nagarjuna:

+ Very good at Romantic Roles as he is a very handsome person.
+ Very good producer rather a hero
- Very Bad at Dances

Venky:
+ Very very good in Sentiment and COMEDY scenes.(he can make you cry in both ways)
+ Can pass in some Serious scenes also(as in Dharma chakram) and also can dances good compared to Nag.

Pawan Kalyan: + Good in Comedy and Fights
- He can dance but he dont wanna dance. (its really very bad)
- cant act good in Scentiment and serious scenes.

Mahesh: + Good in Dances and can perform all types of roles including romantic, serious and comedy also
- Voice is the only bad thing in him.

Jr.NTR: + Very good in Dances and Fights and also dialogue delivery
- short, more weight and not handsome(ofcourse, rajnikant will come under this category, but now he is the most paid actor in India)
+ he is very kind hearted and heroic nature among all other heroes in our Tollywood with a strong desire to become No.1( and who knows he may reach his goal if he work with that desire always)
- bad in selection of stories( ofcourse, because of Overnight stardom also)
-- Last but not least, Reckless towards Mr. Chairanjeevi.(it is the only bad thing that i have observed in him)

There is no need to discuss about other so called heroes.
